The Pac-10 commissioner has been given the authority to expand the conference. A decision will be made by the end of the year.
The Big 12 has given the Universities of Nebraska and Missouri until Friday to declare whether they'll stay in the conference or move to the Big 10. So if they moved, I guess the conferences would then switch names? That is confusing.
