The Sky notched their fifth straight tonight by beating the Liberty. They're off to the best start in franchise history.

In pacing the Sun to victory over the Dream, Tina Charles became the fastest player in league history to reach 50 double-doubles.

Last night the Lynx tied the WNBA record for most consecutive victories to open a season.

Great news, but I'm going to make a confession: I really want the Tulsa Shock to win a few games. They play so hard, and are such a great group of athletes. I hope they can get out of their rut very soon.

Women's Basketball Hall of Fame:

At last night's ceremony, the six inductees paid tribute to the game.

NCAA:

New Tennessee assistant coach Kyra Elzy is in a position to lead the recruiting battle.

Sue, I'm rooting for Tulsa, too. The Shock have come *so* close to winning. They will. And soon.
