This is what those who know nothing about Oregon or the University of Oregon fail to realize:
What is it about Oregon, this aversion to convention, this addiction to unorthodoxy?
“That’s Oregon, to me,” Pat Kilkenny said. “We tend to do things a little differently around here, and I think that’s a good thing.”
This is definitely different. Whether it’s good, well, the athletic director put it best: “Time will tell.”
