Twelve-year-old Jeremy Nelson collapsed during a basketball game in suburban Atlanta Saturday night, and later died. He is the younger brother of Notre Dame signee Kristina Nelson.
Numerous college and high school basketball players have expressed shock, sorrow and support on social networks this week, including twitter.
