Catching up from the Final Four

I'm going to get off this wild ride for a moment to catch up on some news.......

This news knocked me out yesterday, but then again, she wasn't in Denver with the rest of the Tennessee staff: Mickie DeMoss is leaving Tennessee again - this time to be an assistant coach with the Indiana Fever.

Ratings for the semifinals Sunday were up.

Auriemma-Summitt feud seems to be thawing.

Tyler Summitt says "mom is doing great," and talks of the future.

Katrina McClain has been inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame.

It snowed here in Denver this morning, and I am excited to get back to Los Angeles.

Business news:

Pay for women's basketball coaches lags far behind men's. Pathetic.

Refs and officiating - women's hoops has a problem.

Coaching news:

Auburn's new coach is Terri Williams-Flournoy.

Adrian Wiggins' staff at Ole Miss is complete, as he adds Brett Frank as associate head.

Louisiana-Lafayette named Garry Brodhead as their new coach.

Tonight's National Championship game:

Brittney Griner discusses dealing with negativity, among other topics in this great New York Times piece.

Griner rises above.

Skylar Diggins' latest video blog.

Diggins vs. Griner = terrific.

Baylor Coach Kim Mulkey's former coach Leon Barmore is watching, from afar.

Baylor's Destiny Williams and Notre Dame's Skylar Diggins have a history.

Bonus:

WNBA President Laurel Richie hosted a reception last night.
