Isn't it interesting that USC lets Noel Johnson out of his NLOI last week, yet does not want to do the same for this girl?
Yes, and as previously noted, same with Monique Oliver. It's inconsistent and unfair.
Monique Oliver was granted a release by USC and committed to Rutgers.

What's inconsistent and unfair?
If they're going to grant a release for one, they need to do that for all.
