Kentucky's Janee Thompson's catastrophic injury; Mississippi State's first loss

What a wild, emotional day in women's basketball.

#1 South Carolina rallied to beat #10 Kentucky, 68-60. But the win was marred by Kentucky guard Janee Thompson's catastrophic injury: she broke her fibula and dislocated her ankle. Reactions of her teammates can be seen in this video.

Wildcat coach Matthew Mitchell was also ejected from the game after his second technical for complaining about the officiating.

It hurts to see that kind of injury. Prayers going up for Thompson.

Also in the SEC, Vanderbilt handed #14 Mississippi State their first loss, 78-62. The Commodores snapped a three-game losing streak with the victory. The only undefeated Division I teams left now are South Carolina and Princeton.
