the DMJ post sent me to the EDD video
Nice piece on Stricklen -- her game is finally starting to live up to the level all that potential seemed to be teasing.
The writer's side-bar Twitter feed was indicating that the Storm will have to move their home playoff game(s) to Tacoma due to a booking conflict.
Are not the Storm one of the league's model "organizations"?
It looks like a ball got dropped somewhere along the line, huh?
Great comment. Pretty big screw up. Tacoma isn't exactly a garden spot and certainly isn't an ideal location to be hosting a playoff game.
Jayda Evans (Seattle Times Storm beat reporter) said no one expected the Storm to make the playoffs this year, so they went ahead and scheduled the Key for playoffs time.
Personally, I'd move any game dates the Storm have to the arena at the University of Washington. It's much more professional-looking than the Tacoma Dome.
