Knock knock - parity's calling

It seems like there is more parity in the WNBA so far this season.

For starters, Atlanta handed Minnesota their second loss of the season, 85-82. Angel McCoughtry and Erika de Souza lead the way for the Dream.

And then there's this: the Shock downed the Sparks, 69-67, on a Skylar Diggins game-runner.

The Sun are winning now. They defeated the Liberty, 83-75.

The Storm are beginning to win too; they held off the Stars for a 79-72 victory.

The only result that wasn't a surprise tonight is the Mystics taking out the short-handed Sky, 79-68.

Now the standings are interesting. Atlanta is on top in the East, followed by Indiana, Washington and Chicago - all of which are .500 and above. In the West, only two teams are .500 and above: Minnesota and Phoenix. Did you think Los Angeles and Tulsa would have the same record eight games into the season? Neither did I.
