In putting up 29 points today, #21 Nebraska's Jordan Hooper crossed the 1,200 mark. The Huskers beat Idaho State, 60-51.
#15 Ohio State wiped out Evansville, 78-33. It's the 27th consecutive home win for the Buckeyes.
Harvard needed an overtime to put away Hofstra, 70-67.
Michigan pushed past Florida, 59-53.
Georgetown won the crosstown rivalry with George Washington - 70-54.
Oakland overcame Western Michigan, 73-70, in quadruple overtime.
For my West Coast heads.....it's been a close game/overtime kind of day:
Saint Mary's College ground out a 49-39 win over UC Santa Barbara, which is struggling.
San Jose State is on a 3-0 home court roll. They bested Cal State Northridge 73-63.
Undefeated Utah outlasted Hawaii, 62-61.
Sacramento State needed overtime to put away Oregon State, 80-71.
UC Irvine 61, Seattle University 60, in overtime.

#16 Tennessee vs. #22 North Carolina.
#10 Cal at #4 Duke. Naturally, it's not on TV.

Might want to add something on long time SoCal coach Mark Trakh (Brea Olinda, Pepperdine, USC) getting his 300th win on Saturday with New Mexico State vs. Southern Utah. Kinda surprised nothing has shown up on your blog as NMSU, in Trakh's second year, has gotten off to a 5-2 start -- including wins over Southland teams Loyola Marymount and UC-Irvine -- after winning just six all of last year. Aggies have also beaten UTEP, after the Miners had swept the Pac-12s Arizona schools. Stefanie Gilbreath, who played at USC, is NSMU's second leading scorer behind U of San Diego transfer Danesia Williamson. SoCal high school products Jasmine Rutledge and Shay Young are also on the team along with Northern California native Sasha Weber (who went to high school in Washington but was born in the Bay Area).

Not sure if Trakhs 300 win is the real story at NMSU.
I would like to know more about Danesia Williamson. She is the leading scorer at NMSU, however, according to what I have looked up, she has been out of college ball for 3+ years. She played her freshman season at USD, but that was in 2008-09 season. Has she been hurt for three years or were there other reasons for her being out. NMSU lists her as a sophomore with 3 years eligibility. Amazing someone out so long can be a leading scorer, play 30+ mpg and avg. 14.1ppg.

My view is the same, IM in OC. NMSU also has Stefanie Gilbreath, who was honored as a senior at USC last year, but suddenly came up with a year of eligibility for this season.
I've never been sold on Trakh, who failed to produce winning teams for the Trojans.
I also had an experience with him almost two years ago that made me think he is getting very, very, very forgetful as he ages.
