Liberty, Mystics clinch playoff spots

Today's game results:

The Sun pummeled the Mercury, 94-66. Connecticut wants that trophy. Watch out. They've also guaranteed themselves home court advantage.

The Liberty used a strong fourth quarter to beat the Lynx, 70-61. New York clinched a playoff spot and have now won five in a row. Minnesota has lost four of their last six games.

The Mystics nudged the Fever, 87-82, to clinch a playoff spot. Indiana is now out of the running, ending 11 straight years of playoff appearances.

The Storm just quenched the Sky, 103-66. Those Seattle women are on fire since they changed coaches.
