Unprecedented Final Four

UConn beat Texas, 86-65, to win the Bridgeport regional and advance to the Final Four for an unprecedented ninth time.

The Huskies used defense to do the job.

And then......

Oregon State held off Baylor, 60-57, to win the Dallas regional and punch their Final Four ticket.

Baylor coach Kim Mulkey witnessed Oregon State's family atmosphere.

This Final Four is the first that two Pac-12 teams have appeared.

It's the first time that three newcomers have been to the Final Four since 1993.

I asked on twitter tonight: so NOW you know about the Pac-12?

All the East coasters say West coast games are on too late for them to watch, as an explanation as to why they haven't seen the Pac-12. I guess that gives us an advantage in knowledge and scouting over here on the left coast. But I have a question: have you all heard of recording games? That really works - try it sometime.
