MVP power rankings: Candace Parker back on top

Candace Parker heads up this week's MVP power rankings after two amazing performances this week, including last night's 33 points, 16 rebounds, eight assists, five blocks and three steals.

Last night's efficiency leaders were Parker and her right-hand woman, rookie Nnemkadi Ogwumike. If those two continue to work in tandem as they have the last two games, the Sparks will be a very good team, indeed.

A bit of college news:

Felisha Legette-Jack is the new coach at Buffalo.

SIUE has named Paula Buscher as coach.

Destini Price has decommitted from Fresno State and will follow Coach Adrian Wiggins to Ole Miss.

I recall a sports writer who felt that Candace Parker should be traded and was not a franchise player.
I wonder if he could share his current thoughts
