Took my daughter to the game against the Dream today. Had a really great time and my daughter insisted on buying a big foam finger, so it's tough to complain, but wow, the Sparks' defense seems (to this untrained observer) to be exceptionally poor. Poor transition defense and very little interior defensive presence (outside of Candace's shot-blocking).
I think the Sparks' lack of a true post is really hurting them on the defensive end.
Still though, we did have a very good time and my daughter is already looking forward to the next game, out under the stars (if we can talk my wife into letting her stay out past her bedtime).

Hey Patrick,
I agree with your first and second paragraphs 100 percent. I'm praying they fix those issues because the talent is there. If it wasn't late I could make some big ass analogy for that.
Glad you're going to the outdoor game. It promises to be a unique experience, win or lose.
