More coach shifting......and not

There has been more coach movement today. But perhaps the most intriguing item on that came from a non-move: specifically, UNCW's Cynthia Cooper-Dyke. I was told by several sources that she was to be an assistant at a major West coast university, but the deal fell through. So she is staying at UNCW.

Kevin Borseth leaves Michigan to take the Wisconsin-Green Bay job.

Boston College's new coach is Erik Johnson, who is leaving the University of Denver.

TCU assistant coach Tonya Haut is leaving.

Northwestern State has named Brooke Lassiter Stoehr and Scott Stoehr as co-coaches.

Non-coaching news:

Howard has suspended ALL sports teams while they investigate what appears to be a violation of NCAA rules. What??

The final USA Today/ESPN poll looks a lot like the tournament did.

President Obama called Baylor Coach Kim Mulkey to congratulate her on the Bears' championship. Call transcript.
