The WNBA needs someone like MIchelle Marciniak as their commissioner. She's got the BB chops, broadcasting experience and also started and runs her own company so she understands how markets work on a first person basis. Plus she's a no BS person.
I appreciate that she got out of coaching because she couldn't stand the whining of many of the players. Perfect attitude to pull to the W to credibility and success.
