Love this piece by Mechelle Voepel on doing what you need to do for the win - doing whatever it takes - regardless of the role you happen to play. I love players like that. Want to get one into college right now, actually. She does whatever is necessary for the win, whether it's rebounding, taking the shot or just scrapping. She always hustles, and there's no ego. Those kind of players are worth gold.
