My goodness, have the player statistics changed over the season.
As teams have evolved and athletes have settled into their roles, stats leaders in every category have changed markedly. (It's why with each award, panels are asked to vote multiple times over the season).
Leaders right now are coming from numerous schools, big and small. And in many cases, it's the mid-majors who seem to dominate the categories.
Consider:
Points per game
Rebounds per game
Assists per game
Blocked shots per game
Steals per game
Field goal percentage
Is this what parity looks like on stats sheets?
