Jim Littell is a man who inherited a program under the most horrific circumstances, and has not only kept it rolling but has elevated it. The Cowgirls are currently in the midst of one of their best seasons in many years. Much respect for Oklahoma State coach Jim Littell, who is in the chair this week.
