Lynx, Stars prevail; Serbia wins Eurobasket tournament and Russia loses out

Maya Moore and Lindsay Whalen each scored 21 points to lead the Lynx over the Mercury, 71-56. Phoenix center Brittney Griner had 14 points and 11 rebounds in her season debut.

The Stars slipped by the Storm, 73-71.
