Team USA survives challenge from Belgium, advances to quarterfinals

Today's Olympic results:

The U.S. fought off Belgium, 87-74, to advance to the quarterfinals......it was a rare Olympic challenge.

 

France downed Nigeria, 75-54.

Australia bounced Canada, 70-65.

Germany muscled past Japan, 75-64.

The 3X3 team beat Spain, 17-11.
