Another monumental day for the league

WNBA team news:


The Sky prevailed over the Lynx, 82-74, in the first-ever WNBA game in Canada.


The game was sold out, and Toronto fans were very supportive.


The city showed it is a viable option for a franchise.


The Fever beat the Wings, 90-83.


In Vegas, Vegas is the favorite.


WNBA player news:


Courtney Vandersloot hesitated to join the Liberty because of her mother's cancer diagnosis.


College team news:


Illinois is building momentum in the offseason.


For Kentucky, losing players to the transfer portal is not the main concern.
