Tumultuous day

Definitely something in the water today......


Upsets:


No. 25 Tennessee trounced No. 12 Kentucky, 70-53.


Clemson upended No. 23 Syracuse, 86-77.


So close to being upsets:


It took a last-second bucket to propel No. 1 Louisville past Wake Forest, 65-63.


No. 2 NC State had to come from behind to nip Virginia Tech, 89-87.


No. 4 South Carolina staved off LSU, 69-65.


No. 8 Texas A&M held off Missouri, 70-66.


No. 16 Indiana rallied to come back and down No. 21 Northwestern, 74-61.

No. 5 Stanford snapped a rare two-game skid with an 86-59 rout of USC.


No. 13 Oregon took care of Washington, 69-52.


No. 20 Gonzaga handled Portland, 79-61.


Washington State edged Oregon State in double OT, 77-75.
