Tamika Catchings, Kim Mulkey will be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame

Tamika Catchings was selected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in her first year of eligibility.

The former Lady Vol is the first Tennessee women's player to be inducted.

Catchings' resume is lengthy.

The induction will only add to her legacy.

Kim Mulkey was selected to the Basketball Hall of Fame.

It is a sweet consolation for not being in New Orleans at the Final Four this weekend.

Her leap of faith 20 years ago had landed her in the Hall.

Fans drove by Mulkey's house today to congratulate her.
