Thanksgiving tourneys tip off

No upsets today, but a few teams came close......

Today's results:

#12 Tennessee had to work to edge #20 Marquette in OT, 101-99.

#7 Mississippi State had to stretch to get by #24 Arizona State, 65-57.

#11 West Virginia got past Butler, 75-68.

FGCU topped DePaul in OT, 89-84. Not technically an upset, but feels like one.

Syracuse, Virginia Tech, Oklahoma State, Buffalo, Green Bay, Iowa, NC State and Georgia Tech are all undefeated after their wins today.

Vanderbilt earned their first win, over George Washington, 69-59.
