Record-breaking, upsetting on day 2 of Tournament

Records broken:

Baylor set an NCAA Tournament record with an 89-point drubbing of Texas Southern, 119-30.

Texas A&M staged the biggest comeback in Tournament history, rallying back from 21 down in the fourth quarter to stun Penn, 63-61.

Upsets and chokin':

Quinnipiac upended Marquette, 68-65.

Oregon rallied past Temple, 71-70.

Cal got by LSU, 55-52.

Escapes and annihilations:

Miami 62, Florida Gulf Coast 60.

Stanford 72, New Mexico State 64.

Connecticut 116, Albany 55.

Duke 94, Hampton 31.
