No upsets, but a lot going on

Today's results:

#11 Ohio State held off Northwestern, 94-87.

Penn State topped Iowa, 71-58.

All scores.

Tomorrow's schedule features #2 Baylor vs. #17 West Virginia, #20 Oklahoma vs. #25 Kansas State, Minnesota vs. Indiana and Michigan State vs. Purdue.
