Some players showing up big; Sparks 18-1

Today's results:

Angel McCoughtry's big game propelled the Dream past the Sun, 67-63.

Nothing has come easy for Connecticut this year.

The Liberty topped the Stars, 75-65.

The Sky beat the Mercury, 100-95.

The Fever iced the Storm with a second-half run, 93-81.

The Sparks are 18-1 after defeating the Mystics, 93-82. Candace Parker was one assist short of a triple-double, and Nneka Ogwumike and Jantel Lavender also came up big for LA.
