More pre-playoff intrigue

Today's results:

The Sky edged the Mystics, 72-69.

The Dream routed the Mercury, 96-82. But Phoenix was without Diana Taurasi and Penny Taylor, who were sitting out the game to rest.

More WNBA news.....

Lynx:

There's reason for concern as the regular season winds down, one columnist says.

Fever:

If Indiana beats the Liberty tomorrow, they clinch a playoff berth.

Mercury:

Players talk about why they're a good team.

Storm:

Sue Bird, diary two.

Liberty:

One-on-one with coach Bill Laimbeer.

College news:

Tamika Williams has joined Kentucky as an assistant coach.

Tarniesha Scott is a new assistant coach at Prairie View A&M.

Dionne Dodson has been promoted to associate head coach at St. Francis, New York.

Q&A with Towson coach Reid Geckeler.

It's a Mitchell family reunion at Ohio State.
