Tennessee signs junior college guard Jasmine Phillips

North Carolina junior college guard Jasmine Phillips will join the Lady Vols this summer.

It is Coach Holly Warlick's first signing, and the first JUCO player to come to Tennessee since Shannon Bobbitt.
