WSU was projected well, too.Sue Favorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10156867163190788796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3294024409625186001.post-63801542969049084402017-11-11T13:14:46.184-08:002017-11-11T13:14:46.184-08:00UC Davis is not a lightweight. This was a rematch ...UC Davis is not a lightweight. This was a rematch of the WNIT 3rd round game that WSU won in Pullman last year. The "California Aggies" not only return all their starters from a 24-win team that dominated the Big West but stumbled in the conference tournament, they return *all 9 players who averaged over 10 mpg*. This is a quality, experienced, and *hungry* team.

I'm not surprised they beat WSU at home, though I am surprised at how easily they won. I caught part of the game, and they really won it from the 3-point line, hitting 10-of-15 three-pointers in the first half alone (17-of-32 overall), and getting multiple treys from six different players. There were periods when it seemed they couldn't miss.

UC Davis is a team to watch. I have their December game at Corvallis circled.Paul Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02154109103902356101noreply@blogger.com
