Brittney Griner speaks to the media

WNBA player news:


Brittney Griner spoke to the media today for the first time since being released from Russian captivity, and said she'll fight for those still imprisoned.


She is partnering with an organization that strives to bring those home who are wrongfully detained.


In the emotional presser, Griner said she looks forward.


She seemed like her usual self.


Griner said she is done playing overseas, unless it is with the Olympic team.

LSU wins first national title, 102-85, over Iowa

LSU won their first National Championship in program history with a 102-85 rout of Iowa.


The Tiger reserves were pivotal in the win.


Angel Reese had the last laugh.
